About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team in Southport. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who excels in managing receivables, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Duties:
Generating invoices to customers
Contacting customers with overdue balances as per agreed timeframes
Managing the accounts receivable inbox & assisting with remittances email inbox including providing copies of invoices/statements as requested
Processing customer Credit Card Payments and Refunds
Receipting of payments as required
Skills & Experience:
3+ years experience in an Accounts Receivable role in a large company
Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and able to meet deadlines
