Our National Office is the HUB for supporting our 17 aged care facilities across Australia, and we're soon to have new additions in Victoria!
Our Billings team (Accounts Receivable team) plays an integral part within our organisation. Now is such an exciting time to join Infin8Care, as we continue to grow the organisation, we need really good people to support our teams on the ground.
The Billing team reports to our Finance Manager – Compliance & Transactional Processing. The Billing team helps us to ensure that residents' accounts are maintained and that payments are processed in an accurate and timely manner. Working as part of this integral team, you will be responsible for:
Administering customer accounts including collections.
Answering customer billing queries.
Making outbound calls to residents and their families.
Processing payments.
Reconciliation of accounts.
Preparation of month-end and ad hoc reports.
About You
You will be an experienced Accounts Receivable/Billings Officer who has solid experience in the accounts receivable space, familiar with and compliant to all company procedures and policies. You will also have:
Strong communication both written and verbal skills.
Ability to empathise with others and be respectful of their situation at all times.
Demonstrated experience in Accounts Receivable.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of general accounts principles.
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy is imperative.
The confidence to have transparent discussions and negotiate.
Proven ability to work to and meet deadlines.
