Accounts Receivable Officer

Our client currently has an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Officer, in a full-time, permanent position.Your new roleReporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be responsible for the full function of Accounts Receivable, supporting the business in the daily management of Debtors Accounts, Debt Recovery, and Reconciliations.Furthermore, your duties will include, but are not limited to: Reconcile accountsProcess credit applicationsSetting up accounts, and account managementEnd of month proceduresPrepare, review and disburse invoicesVerify and post accounts receivable transactions to general ledgers and other recordsPrepare bank deposits and perform related bankingAssist with monthly reporting and analysis and maintain and update client accountsProfessional customer service and communication, particularly when dealing with key stakeholders, customers, co-workers and the public.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this position, you will have experience in the following: End-to-end Accounts Receivable within a multi-business Accounts Receivable functionBe able to confidently talk through Accounts Receivable processes & proceduresUnderstanding of general accounting within Accounts ReceivableAbility to build positive relationships in the workplaceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong work ethic and enjoys a challengeWhat you'll get in returnOur client has a reputable name in their field, with a strong connection to their company values and a passion for their employees.
