They require a dynamic and skilled Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team for a temporary basis with the potential to go permanent, immediate start required.
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team leader, the Accounts Receivable Officer will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organisation, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies, and contributing to the effective management of resources.
About the Role:
This 6–month contract with the possibility to extend will be suitable for an immediately available or soon to be immediately available Accounts Receivable Officer, who will report directly to the Team leader.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Managing financial transactions for the accounts receivable officer Generate invoices. Verify and accurately post all payments to the correct invoice/s. Reconciliation of accounts receivable ledger, bank accounts, foreign currency payments, etc. Support the month-end process. Report on Aged Receivables plus other ad-hoc reporting where applicable. Assisting with the audit process and implementing recommendations for improvements Contributing to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures Supporting the Finance Manager in ad hoc projects and tasks as required About You: Experience in a fast-paced environment. Great attention to detail Good open and positive mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software programs Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Apply Now!
