Job Description
Processing and management of invoices
Debt collection
Liaising with clients and suppliers to resolve issues and chase outstanding payments
Collaborating with the wider accounting team to streamline financial processes and completing any ad-hoc finance tasks where necessary
Prompt responses to phone and email enquiries
Receipting and billing management
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Receivable Officer should have:
A degree in Accounting/Finance or 1-2+ years experience in accounts receivable or similar roles
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically an autonomous understanding of the Excel system
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team
A confident ability to answer phone and email enquiries
