About the role:
Based in the Brisbane- Head Office, APG is looking for an energic and customer-centric Accounts Receivable Officer to work within our Accounts team to support our growing business in the Automotive Repair Market.
The Accounts Receivable Officer role is pivotal to helping us maintain and deliver our continued growth through our support to our customers.

The day to day duties include: Accurate and timely data entryManaging the APG receivables inboxProcessing of a high volume of daily transactionsAllocating payments to invoices Investigate and reconcile debtor accounts.Telephone collectionsManaging a corporate account Managing relationships with customers and collaborate with key stakeholders within the business.The Successful Candidate: You will be comfortable working in a high volume of transactions environment and have a strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and controls, You will have the ability to liaise with suppliers of varying size and complexity and have a strong customer service focus,You will have the ability to work in a stand-alone capacity and, as part of the team, prioritise multiple tasks as well as support the finance and administration team, You will have a high level of attention to detail, time management skills and the ability to deliver a high standard of work within required deadlines,Previous experience with an ERP system will be deemed highly advantageous,You will have intermediate or advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office.Benefits  We want you to be at your best here, and we're focused on helping you do it your way.
