The Role
We are looking for a switched-on andenthusiastic Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Adelaide CBD office on a part-timebasis (3 days per week or equivalent hours). Your responsibilities in thisposition will include:
Monitor aged debtors Liaise with Legal Assistants and Principals regarding the status of aged invoices Identify items for client follow up Follow up clients via phone and email regarding overdue invoices Coordinate the correction / reissue of invoices as required to facilitate payment Assist with preparing monthly reports for the Finance Committee About You
We're seeking a driven AccountsReceivable Officer with at least two years' experience in a similar accountsreceivable/collections role, who is keen to support a talented and busy team.In addition, you will need a strong working knowledge of Excel, be wellorganised and have a keen eye for detail. The role will also involve a lot ofinteraction with both staff and clients so confidence as well as excellent writtenand verbal communication skills are a must.
