We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to provide administrative and clerical support to the finance department.
The successful candidate will ensure timely and accurate processing of bank statements, maintain updated records of accounts receivable transactions, and assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
The Accounts Receivable Officer will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with clients and ensuring the smooth functioning of the accounts receivable process.
The below tasks are undertaken day to day:
Maintaining customer and supplier information recordsProcessing and allocating daily customer paymentsReconciliation of customer statementsUndertaking customer credit reference checksFollow up outstanding debtor accountsUndertake general administration tasks as requiredThe below skills are required for the position:
Strong computer skills with experience using MS Excel & OutlookSound personal organisational skillsSpecific training will be provided by our experienced and long-serving team.
