A global market leader in industrial services, our client operates a strong network of operations across Australia. The Group is now looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join the Corporate Head office in Mascot. This is a five days working in the office position.
Position
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will oversee the national accounts receivable function, credit management, collections, and banking/allocations. You will manage an experienced team of twelve and play a pivotal role in areas of compliance & risk, cash-flow and team performance. The business will rely on you for accurate reporting & analysis, transformational change, and process & systems improvement for the accounts receivable function. The Accounts Receivable Manager will be "hands-on" in their approach and has previously led transformation projects.
Profile
The ideal candidate is an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager with degree qualification and previous working experience in a large high volume, low-value transactions environment. You will possess strong technical skills in accounts receivable management and possess a commercial mindset. Proficient user of MS Dynamics 365 FinOps, Accounts Receivable applications, and advanced MS Excel. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (written/verbal) are paramount as you will be the subject matter expert for all senior stakeholders in the business.
