About:  DDEG is a 100% Australian-owned specialist engineering consultancy, focusing on Fire Safety, Acoustics, Disability Access, Building Solutions, and Facade. We prioritise exceptional client service through frequent communication and timely deliverables.
The Role:  This is a part-time position, and we offer flexible hours and working arrangements for the right candidate!
The duties include:  Ensuring all invoices are generated and distributed in a timely manner and are paired against customer accounts Following up overdue payments via email and phone enquiries and sending bill reminders to allocate and collect payments from customers Receipting and marking payments as made Reconcile accounts to ensure figures are up to date and balance are correct Reporting and completing general admin duties, liaising with the admin teamCommunicate with Accounts team on any necessary information  Prioritise overdue accounts and compile an aging analyse on accounts Investigate and resolve customer concerns acting as potential barriers to payment  Keep billing systems up to date by following established system of recording customer information and amendments Send out monthly statements to customers ensuring statements are accurate and timely. Skills and Qualifications:  Experience in following up overdue/outstanding invoices in an Accounts Receivable role is required Prior knowledge of accounts systems Exceptional written and verbal skills  Attention to detail and strong accuracy skills supported by an organisation-focused mindset Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines constantly A positive and professional attitude Maintain the ability to liaise, support, job share and work closely with Accounts/Admin team in an overlapping/intertwining setting Full Australian working rights  Benefits  We offer the following benefits:
