The Role: Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and dedicated Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our Doncaster team.
This varied role will involve building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, responding to invoicing enquiries and proactively contacting clients to follow up payment of outstanding invoices.

Key Duties & Responsibilities: Follow up outstanding invoices with clients Contact adjusters to ensure invoices are recommended for payment Respond to queries regarding outstanding invoices Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure invoicing queries/disputes are resolved Review jobs to identify why invoices have not been paid Ensure compliance of processes before following up on overdue invoices Manage debtor's ledger Reconcile accounts Perform client maintenance in finance system to ensure accuracy of records General administration tasks Key Selection Criteria: Do you have proven examples of demonstrating drive and energy?
