Accounts Receivable

a&co Recruitment Partners are proud to be working with this well-respected professional services organisation located in the heart of Adelaide CBD to recruit a skilled phone based Accounts Receivable Officer.
Key Responsibilities: Professional debt recovery calls to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
Follow up on outstanding invoices and communicate with clients professionally, primarily by phone.
Manage and maintain accounts receivable records.
Preparing letters of demand and final notices Reconciliations, data entry and use of excel for reporting purposes.
Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications: Previous experience in phone based debt recovery in a corporate environment.
High levels of attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Effective communication skills for client interactions.
Proficiency in data entry and financial software.
Ability to work well in a small, friendly team environment.
