The role offers you the opportunity to make a real impact, collaborate closely with other teams across the business, and enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid working model.How you will make a difference:Manage cash collections, major retailer claims, validation of freight deductions and month-end processes.Maintain accurate financial records, including receivables, supplier finance, and cash clearing accounts.Provide timely reporting on aged claims, outstanding invoices, and bad debts.Investigate and resolve customer and stakeholder inquiries efficiently.Support compliance, audits, and implement process improvement initiatives.What you'll bring to Kinrise:Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable dealing with major retailers, preferably within a food manufacturing environment.Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.Knowledge of accounts receivable, invoicing, and credit control processes.Proficiency in SAP accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.You thrive in working in a fast-paced environment and are able to prioritise your tasks.Are you a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional passionate about maintaining financial accuracy?
