Accounts Receivable/Credit Controller We have an excellent opportunity for a dynamic person to join our Administration team in the role of Accounts Receivable/Credit Controller.

The Position As Accounts Receivable/Credit Controller, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following key responsibilities:
Manage customer account information, ledger transactions and monitor credit limits / termsProcess credit applications including reference checks, approvals and recommend credit limits across RCT's group.Review orders on credit hold and provide reports to managers and sales team as requiredDaily receipting and allocation of transactionsFollow up collection telephone calls to clients on overdue accountsProvide regular reports on specific customer account issues and follow through to resolutionInvestigate and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.Upload invoices into customer portals, e.g., AribaWeekly reporting analysis of trial balances/bad debtsManage system email outs of statements and monthly overdue lettersAssist implementing procedures / processes to drive change as requiredMaintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersGeneral administration duties as requestedThe Ideal Person A minimum of 3+ years' accounts receivable & credit control experiencePronto experience would be an advantageThe ability to work independently with minimal supervision;Outstanding organisational and time management skills with a systematic approach to their tasks to ensure tight deadlines and KPIs are met;The ability to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner;Highly developed problem-solving skills;Proficient in Excel.The ability to work as a team.Exposure to international accounts (USA/Canada) would be desirable.What's in it for you Novated Vehicle Lease salary sacrifice optionFree on-site parkingWork with a friendly team of professionalsEstablished business (50yrs) which is in a high growth technology industry.Great work environmentApply Now If you would like to be considered for this position, please email your resume, together with a cover letter addressing the position requirements to ******.
