Accounts Receivable/Credit Controller We have an excellent opportunity for a dynamic person to join our Administration team in the role of Accounts Receivable/Credit Controller.

The Position As Accounts Receivable/Credit Controller, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following key responsibilities: - · Manage customer account information, ledger transactions and monitor credit limits / terms · Process credit applications including reference checks, approvals and recommend credit limits across RCT's group.
· Review orders on credit hold and provide reports to managers and sales team as required · Daily receipting and allocation of transactions · Follow up collection telephone calls to clients on overdue accounts · Provide regular reports on specific customer account issues and follow through to resolution · Investigate and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
· Upload invoices into customer portals, e.g Ariba · Weekly reporting analysis of trial balances/bad debts · Manage system email outs of statements and monthly overdue letters · Assist implementing procedures / processes to drive change as required · Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders · General administration duties as requested The Ideal Person · A minimum of 3+ years' accounts receivable & credit control experience · Pronto experience would be an advantage · The ability to work independently with minimal supervision; · Outstanding organisational and time management skills with a systematic approach to their tasks to ensure tight deadlines and KPIs are met; · The ability to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner; · Highly developed problem-solving skills; · Accurate data entry skills; · Proficient in Excel.
· The ability to work as a team.
· Exposure to international accounts (USA/Canada) would be desirable.
