About The Role: Manage Debtors days within the company standard Provide regular update and run aged debtors report for responsible accounts Responsible for collection of outstanding invoices for assigned accounts via telephone or email Investigate and resolve queries from customers and liaise with internal stakeholders for resolution Respond to debtors' queries Flag potential collection issues in a timely manner About You: Communication skills both written and verbal Ability to build effective relationships at all levels Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a challenging environment What's in it for you!
