What you will be doing: Be a valued member of Dysons accounts receivable team where you can develop and grow your accounts and administration skills. This is a 9–12-month maternity cover.
You will: Prepare and process sales invoices on a weekly/monthly basis. Process EFT transactions, banking and support the bank reconciliation process. Assist with reconciling the Trade Debtors Aged Listing. Analysis of the debtor's ledger and follow up on outstanding debts. Prepare and submit monthly debtor statements. Assist in the year end audit preparation process. Skills you will need: High level of accuracy with a keen eye for detail. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask. Experience in administrations, accounts receivable or accounts payable roles. A self-starter with the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment. Intermediate skills in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power point, etc.). Experience with a large-scale ERP system preferred. Clear and concise communicator.
