We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk .
This is a junior position where you will be trained to be an expert in this field.
The role is 100% onsite in Stapylton, Gold Coast.
You will be trained to perform the below duties:
Process credit card payments and refunds via EFTPOS terminal Reconciliation of incoming funds and ensure correct allocation of customer payments Process daily collections and credit claims in POS system Follow up with debtors on payments (via phone and email) Preparation/processing of monthly debtor statements Respond to and investigate customer enquiries in a timely manner Support the Finance Team Ideally you will have:
