Our client is a leading retail business who are searching for an Accounts Receivable/Bank Reconciliation Officer to join the organisation on a 12 month FTC basis. Position Description

With team fit and culture a priority, the business is seeking a dynamic and motivated Accounts Receivable/Bank Reconciliation Officer to join the team.  

Reporting directly to the General Manager of Finance, the role will include but not be limited to: Support Bank Reconciliation for multiple bank accounts across multiple banks Allocating and receipting payments Preparation of reporting relating to store variances Support preparation and collection of Rebates Supporting administration for corporate credit card  Reconciliations of payments Adhoc finance duties  Ideal Candidate Previous experience within an accounts support role  Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task Excellent time management skills
