ROLE: End-to-end Accounts Receivable Processing, investigating and responding to revenue and accounts receivable related tasks and enquiriesMaintain accurate records of transactions & communications relatedSet up new customer accountsReconciliation of accountsReview and recommend action for accounts trading outside credit termsDirect interactions with customers both external and internalSupport the accounts team with general administration tasksTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 12+ months experience within Accounts Receivable roleExcellent organisational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail.Excellent communication skills; written and verbalProficient using Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word & ExcelPrevious experience using MYOB/Xero or similar accounting softwareOwn vehicle & hold current Driver's LicenceMUST have full working rights within AustraliaIf you feel you meet the above criteria, please APPLY NOW
