Duties include but are not limited to: Data entry and preparation of client invoices (approx 400 invoices per month) Work with Supervisors and Service Coordinators to ensure invoice details are correct and gross margins have been achieved Chase technicians to get things closed out, finished and invoiced within the correct month Follow up debtors for expected dates of payment/chase overdue accounts Monthly reconciliation of creditor's accounts including EOM reconciliations Producing AR reports monthly Ensuring accuracy of debtors contact information Assist with client card management (checking correct information including choosing right piece of equipment, being sent to correct place and all information up to date prior to sending invoice) Maintaining various company registers within Excel Maintain the Service Quote register + proof and PDF quotes Process customer credit notes Handle customer enquiries/complaints Update cash flow spreadsheet daily Assisting the Finance Manager with other administrative duties Occasional errands eg go to pick up the mail or grab something for the office (must have current drivers licence)   The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience with high volume Accounts, preferably Receivables, and more importantly you love it! Accurate and fast data entry Team player attitude Process driven, meticulous and highly organised in your work Solid accounting skills – understand accounting principles Good problem solving skills Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word Strong attention to detail and care factor!
