Accounts Receivable Administrator

We are hiring a skilled Accounts Receivable Administrator to join a fun and dynamic team of five, based out of the head office in Southport on a 5-day week, Monday to Friday roster.

You will be responsible for creating and managing the residents (homeowners) contractual accounts across our portfolio of over 50s Resorts, processing high volume monthly and quarterly invoices for various utility charges, managing house settlements, and processing site fees for the residents.
On-the-job training is provided; however, experience in a similar position working within the scope of AR and manufactured homes is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing and maintaining around 6 resorts allocated independently; Accounts Receivable : fortnightly processing of site fees and monthly invoicing and receipting of utilities; Credit control: ensuring that outstanding amounts are collected; Management of resident records and settlements by updating RMS regularly; Work within a shared email inbox; Build and maintain relationships with resort Caretakers with regular contact and answering their enquiries; Office mail and phone line management on a rostered basis; Other administrative duties as required. Key Skills and Competencies: Accounts Receivable experience is essential; Minimum 3 years in a similar administrative role, Over 50s Resort; Administrative experience will be highly regarded; RMS systems experience highly desirable; High proficiency in Excel is essential; MS Suite (includes Teams), Reckon, Smart invoicing systems, but not essential; Ability to handle high volumes and prioritise workloads to ensure deadlines are met; Excellent attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to work independently; Excellent communication skills, and the ability to build great relationships with our resort caretakers and residents alike; A positive attitude and ability to work in a FUN team.
