About your new job

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager your responsibilities will include:
•Managing email and actioning payment queries
•Banking & allocation of payments
•Creating invoices
•Handle customer inquiries
•Collection calls/ reminder calls on overdue accounts
•Processing credits
•Bank and debtor reconciliations

About you

Ideally you will possess the following:
•Previous experience within and AR or Billings role with strong administration skills
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•Ability to multitask and have strong organisational skills
•Exposure to large ERP systems
•Proficient in Excel
