Accounts Receivable/Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities: Process and record payments, including taking phone call payments from customers. Handle inbound and outbound customer service phone calls with a friendly, professional attitude. Assist with account debt collection efforts while maintaining positive relationships with customers. Troubleshoot account discrepancies and provide solutions. Maintain accurate records and assist with office administration tasks as needed. What You'll Need to Succeed: Experience in Accounts Receivable is highly recommended. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
