Accounts Payable (Temp)

About the client:
Our client is an active private investment business with a portfolio of owned and managed assets within the office and industrial space. Well-respected as a diversified investment strategist across their various funds, they acquire assets and apply major improvement projects to achieve optimum value for their investors.
  
You will join their team on a temporary basis as an Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist, ensuring the smooth operation of financial functions, including bank reconciliations, journal entries, and analytical tasks. This role collaborates closely with our Senior Financial Accountant and reports to the CFO.

You must be available for an immediate start and available to work full time for the duration of a 2 month contract. They are also open to part time 3-4 days per week or school hours. 
  
Duties include but not limited to: Coding and processing invoices  Managing weekly payment runs Raising monthly tenant invoices  Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on AP & AR matters  Handling tenant enquiries  Managing the accounts inbox  Adhoc accounts administration tasks a required  To be successful for this role, you will have a strong financial acumen and analysis, superior communication skills, have exceptional attention to detail and a passion for quality. You will be self-motivated, with the ability to deal with stressful situations and conflicting priorities.
