What's on offer? As an Accounts Payable (AP) Team Leader you will play a crucial role in ensuring invoices are paid on time.You can expect to partner with colleagues, stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers with any AP queries and to ensure processes are efficient.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
Support, coaching and performance management of 5 direct reportsOversight of accurate processing of circa 1,000 invoices a dayManaging weekly / monthly payment runsReview of statement reconciliationsAssisting the team in investigating and resolving queriesWeekly analytical reporting to senior managementOngoing process improvement and reviewWhat can you bring? To be successful you will have a proven ability in leading a high volume full function Accounts Payable. You will be passionate about progressing your career in finance and be able to deliver an awesome customer experience.
