This full-time Accounts Payable Supervisor role at TCL Electronics Australia Pty Ltd is based in the Bayside & South Eastern Suburbs Melbourne VIC area. You will be responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable function and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments.
Responsibilities Set up accounts for new suppliers and maintain beneficiary bank accountsReview invoices for appropriate documentation prior to paymentEnsure compliance with payment terms and company policiesMonitor accounts payable aging report for monthly cashflow forecast managementPerform monthly bank and related party reconciliations, liaising both internally and externally to solve any discrepanciesAssist accountant in month-end & year-end accrualPrepare monthly internal P&L and management expenses reports as requiredConduct monthly hedging forecast and foreign exchange payment runsParticipate in annual budget preparation and manage the monthly budget allocationOther duties as required by Financial ControllerRequired Skills & Attributes Strong understanding of the end-to-end AP processExcellent communication skills, attention to detail, and accuracyAbility to work in a high-volume and fast-paced environmentExperience with SAP systemBe a strong team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is able to meet tight deadlinesExperience/Qualification Relevant tertiary qualificationProven experience in accounts payable, with 4-6 years' work experienceWhat we offer
