Golding is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Superintendent to be based in our office located in Milton. Reporting to the General Manager Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable function, leading a team of five based in Queensland.
The successful incumbent will be organised, have a proactive work style and have proven time management skills in a high-pressure environment. Experience in managing staff will be highly regarded.
Golding offers flexible work arrangements allowing you to work from home a couple of days per week.
The role requirements include: Managing of day-to-day Accounts Payable and the resolution activities in relation to invoice processing and payments;Identify and drive key reporting related projects and process improvements;Monitor key AP measures;Leading, managing and developing a team of AP Officers;Guide and support staff in the day-to-day management of resolution processes/procedures;Ad hoc reporting, project and internal and external audit support as required;Ensuring timely and accurate investigation and resolution of enquiries; andBuilding and maintaining relationships with all Golding stakeholders to enable efficient resolution of payment related issues.Personal attributes and experience: Tertiary / post graduate qualifications will be highly regarded;Understanding of SAP P2P module;Knowledge and experience in a similar role;Ability to solve problems;Demonstrated strong drive, energy and work efficiency;Ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships;Demonstrated efficient computer and administration skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced working environment.Why Join Golding: Employee-Centric Success: Our success is driven by the diverse talents and initiatives of our employees.Core Values: We operate with integrity and honesty, guided by our core values.Commitment to Excellence: We prioritize safety, respect for the environment, and quality assurance in all our operations.Embark on a fulfilling career journey with Golding by applying online below.
