They are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to start ASAP on a temporary basis.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Process, verify, and reconcile invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment of suppliers.Manage the accounts payable function, including handling queries from vendors and resolving discrepancies.Maintain and update supplier records and ensure compliance with company policies.Process expense claims and manage corporate credit card reconciliations.Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly payment runs, ensuring appropriate approvals and documentation.Journal and month-end close processes, including AP accruals and reconciliations.Work closely with the finance team to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience in an end-to-end Accounts Payable role, with some journals and month-end process experience. They will have great communication skills, high attention to detail, and will be able to pick up new systems with ease.
