Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager for Australia, you will play an essential role in managing our end-to-end accounts payable process, driving efficiency, and ensuring smooth operations.Benefits:Salary: $120,000-$140,000Hybrid: (2-3 days WFH flexibility)Join a business that excels in problem solving & value creation in a supportive collaborative environment that promotes diversity & inclusion.Key Responsibilities:Invoice Processing: Take charge of processing all vendor invoices, ensuring timely approvals and accuracy.Cost Management: Make sure all costs are accurately posted to the correct and relevant Strategic Business Units.Vendor Onboarding: Be proactive in onboarding new vendors, performing thorough checks to ensure compliance and reliability.Expense Management: Handle vendor staff expense payments and intercompany transfers, ensuring deadlines are met and payments are made from the correct bank accounts.Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of vendor statements, identifying and resolving discrepancies with precision.Communication: Serve as a vital link by communicating key payment details to project teams, Executive Assistants, and Office Managers, fostering strong relationships across the business.Skills & Experience:Proven experience in a finance team, ideally in accounts payable.A track record of thriving in fast-paced environments, demonstrating adaptability and a hands-on approach.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate effectively to senior members of the business.About Allura Partners:Allura Partners was founded to support private equity firms by placing C-Suites to lead, transform, and scale portfolio companies.
