You will be responsible for: Accounts Payable Processing of invoices on a daily basis Preparation of batch payments on a weekly basis Account & Statement reconciliations Dealing with supplier queries and concerns Managing the Accounts Payable inbox Preparing batch payments for weekly payments Assisting with reporting Additional adhoc duties as required Accounts Receivable Processing Daily Banking Transactions and Reconciliation Handling customer inquiries regarding billing issues Managing an Accounts Receivable ledger and Accounts Receivable files Generating Invoices and following up on anything due Timely creation of invoices and distribution to customers and staff Daily cash receipting of payments and bank entries Reconciliation of the accounts receivable ledger Generate reporting associated with accounts receivables processes Additional adhoc duties as required Skills and Experience Minimum 2 years Full function AP/AR experience Excellent communication skills Intermediate excel skills is desirable Problem solver A proactive member within a team How to Apply If you feel like you have the necessary experience, please submit your resume to ****** by clicking APPLY NOW.
