Accounts Payable & Receivable Administrator

*** Archerfield, QLD *** *** $34 - $37 per hour + super *** *** Immediate Start Required *** WOW Recruitment is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our client's dynamic team.
This is a 3-month temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

What You'll Be Doing: Processing and reconciling supplier invoices, purchase orders, and payment runs Managing the accounts receivable process, including issuing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts Assisting with month-end reconciliation of bank statements and accounts Maintaining accurate financial records and updating the accounting system Communicating with vendors and clients about payment status, inquiries, and discrepancies Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and reports What You Bring: 1+ years of experience in accounts payable and/or receivable Proficiency in Xero accounting software Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (desirable but not essential) Perks & Benefits: Potential for permanent placement for the right candidate A supportive and inclusive work environment If you're ready to take the next step in your career, APPLY NOW , and Shona will be in touch!
