Job Description

Prepare and administer payroll for the organisation's corporate and operations (site) employees
Processing of supplier invoices against approved purchase orders
Performing payment runs
Reconciling supplier statements and following unresolved matters
Provide back up for bank accounts management and reconciliations
Maintenance of customer and supplier database as required
Answering phones/communicating with suppliers in a professional and timely manner
Assist in providing input and support to the development of the finance function
Assist with the implementation of accounts payable automation

The Successful Applicant

Experience working in payroll including a roster environment
Experience in accounts payable
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work within a team
Flexibility with tasks as the role and team develop
