Accounts Payable Officers – Local Government Partner, Hobart Osborne Richardson is recruiting experienced Accounts Payable Officers for a local government partner based in Hobart.
These roles are offered on short-term contracts ranging from 2 to 6 months, providing an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic finance team.
Key Responsibilities: Manage Vendor creation and maintenance in Navision/Eftsure, including updating bank account details.Handle and resolve Vendor queries efficiently.Reconcile Vendor accounts with corresponding statements.Upload and process invoices in Navision.Execute payment runs via EFT.Process open invoices, credits, and ensure accurate coding of purchase invoices for the Finance Division.Additional Responsibilities (depending on capability): Manage the Accounts Payable emails.Oversee monthly account reconciliation.Process purchasing card expenses.Manage payment and petty cash vouchers.This role requires strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
