The Company Robert Half is currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to start immediately on a 6-week temporary contract.

The Role Working within a friendly team environment your varied role will include:
Processing invoices in the accounts payable systemProcess manual invoices in the general ledger and create intercompany journals where requiredReview invoice authorisationsReconciling supplier statements with invoicesPayment of staff reimbursementsReconciliation of monthly credit card statementsReconciling of petty cash including checking receipts, authorisation, coding and posting in the general ledger Your Profile To be successful in this role you will have a minimum 12 months' experience in a high-volume transactional environment. You will possess an intermediate level of Excel skills, with an aptitude to learn new finance systems quickly.
Excellent communication skills, a customer service approach, and the ability to work to deadlines is also required.
