Currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer familiar to the construction industry to implement new processes and systems, and take ownership of running all aspects of a full-function accounts payable role.You will be responsible for:Matching invoices to Purchase Orders to process in DatabuildLiaising with estimating & drafting team where requiredManagement of 'accounts' inboxPrimary contact to answer suppliers & subcontractors queriesComplying with approvals process for paymentsEnsuring timely & accurate processing of weekly & monthly payment runsArchiving of digital documents with Companion softwareManagement of progress stage-claims & debt controlSkills & Experience:Experience in a similar Accounts Payable roleStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in Databuild or similar construction softwareExperience in MYOB or similar accounting software
