Accounts Payable Officer (Medium Density)The Company:Our client is a multi-award winning Victorian company that focuses on multi-residential, medium density, and detached dwelling projects. With a focus on integrity, quality, and reliability. Currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer familiar with the construction industry to implement new processes and systems, and take ownership of running all aspects of a full-function accounts payable role.
You will be responsible for: Matching invoices to Purchase Orders to process in DatabuildLiaising with estimating & drafting team where requiredManagement of 'accounts' inboxPrimary contact to answer suppliers & subcontractors queriesComplying with approvals process for paymentsEnsuring timely & accurate processing of weekly & monthly payment runsArchiving of digital documents with Companion softwareManagement of progress stage-claims & debt controlSkills & Experience: Experience in a similar Accounts Payable roleStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in Databuild or similar construction softwareExperience in MYOB or similar accounting softwareBenefits:Competitive salary and a broad range of employee benefits.
