Accounts Payable Officer - Permanent Part-Time

This is a part-time role (0.6 FTE).
Job Description Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, your role will include:
Processing of supplier invoices against approved purchase orders Performing payment runs Reconciling supplier statements and following unresolved matters Providing backup for bank accounts management and reconciliations Maintenance of customer and supplier database as required Answering phones / communicating with suppliers in a professional and timely manner Regular communication with the wider operational business Assisting in providing input and support to the development of the finance function Assisting with the implementation of accounts payable automation The Successful Applicant We are seeking experienced AP candidates with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
