Accounts Payable Officer - Permanent Part-Time

This is a part-time role (0.6 FTE).
Job Description Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, your role will include:
Processing of supplier invoices against approved purchase ordersPerforming payment runsReconciling supplier statements and following unresolved mattersProvide back up for bank accounts management and reconciliationsMaintenance of customer and supplier database as requiredAnswering phones/communicating with suppliers in a professional and timely mannerRegular communicating with the wider operational businessAssist in providing input and support to the development of the finance functionAssist with the implementation of accounts payable automationThe Successful Applicant We are seeking experienced AP candidates with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
