PART OF THE CFC GROUP OF COMPANIES – Think Safe Act Safe. Job DescriptionCEA is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Officer.
Based in our newly purpose-built Perth Airport branch, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a close-knit and collaborative team.
Key Accountabilities: Attending to Accounts Payable queries promptly and professionally, and escalating any unknown issues appropriately.Working cooperatively with the accounts team to meet operational and team objectives.Monthly reconciliation of Supplier/Vendor statements.Resolving daily invoices and claims.Regular communication and follow-up with customers and suppliers.Checking and maintaining mail inboxes and actioning all items received in a timely manner.Account/ledger reconciliations and reporting.Coding & entering all non-stock invoices after the appropriate approval has been provided.Payment of suppliers.Supporting the team with ad-hoc duties as required.What We're Looking For: Ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in a previous accounts payable position.Skilled at handling multiple different tasks at once, in a fast-paced environment.Self-starter and personal drive – you thrive in an autonomous working environment.Excellent planning, organisation, and follow-up skills.High level of attention to detail and accuracy.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat We Offer: An attractive remuneration package based on your experience.Commitment to your ongoing growth and training.Employee milestone rewards and recognition initiatives.Work within a friendly, family-owned environment that fosters career advancement opportunities locally and nationally.Access to employee assistance and wellness programs for you and your household.Private health corporate discounts with HBF.
