Accounts Payable Officer Melbourne Grammar School has an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer to continue developing their experience and existing knowledge within a supportive environment. You will Manage creditor payments, ensuring they are properly approved, coded and promptly entered onto the creditors system in accordance with applicable credit terms, then filed electronically. Administrate the accounts payable system (Alii), ensure the timely sync from different systems, troubleshoot any system issues and collaborate with Alii Support Team and IT department to resolve technical problems or implement system updates. Accurately file and store all invoices, payment documents, and supporting records. Ensure that all documentation is properly categorized and easily retrievable for future reference and auditing purposes. Ensure accuracy of processing, including correct GST treatment and maintain control over cheque stationery, taxi vouchers and order books. Process reimbursement requests from school staff for approved business expenses, ensuring proper documentation. Maintain the register of the School's utilities accounts, monitoring billing levels and following up any irregularities. Other duties, as appropriate to the position.
