The College has a rare opportunity for a dynamic Accounts Payable Officer with a can-do attitude to join our robust Finance team which supports the operations of both our Wantirna South and Narre Warren South campuses.
The role We are seeking a passionate and motivated Accounts Payable Officer to lead and coordinate the effective and efficient operations of the payable process to meet the demands of a dynamic and growing College.
Selection Criteria To be successful in this role, you will have:
End to End Accounts Payable ExperienceGreat communication and negotiation skills with the capacity to build healthy, productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersAttention to detail and high-quality data entry skillsGreat work ethic and innovativeExcellent problem-solving skills and an ability to demonstrate initiativeAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamSolid analytical skills, with an ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analysisStrong computer skills, including MS office suite and previous experience with Synergetic would be highly regarded although not essentialMinimum 2 years' experience in an Accounts Payable roleSome of the benefits of working at Waverley Christian College include:
