MARS are partnering with a growing Financial Services organisation, who are looking to hire an Accounts Payable Officer on a temporary basis to start prior to Christmas.
This role is based in Sydney's CBD and is close to transport links.

The Responsibilities Complete weekly bank reconciliations and fee settlement reconciliations.Manage corporate card claims and employee expense reimbursements.Address processing issues and resolved queries from internal and external stakeholders professionally and promptly.Process supplier invoices accurately and promptly, resolving any discrepancies efficiently.Conduct data entry and validation of supplier invoices, including reviewing scan and capture logs.Schedule and prepare weekly payment run to ensure timely processing.Reconcile corporate credit cards and travel accounts.The Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience in a full function AP role.Experience using NetSuite or Concur (Desirable).High level of attention to detail.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Must be available immediately.
