Job OverviewA great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the finance team, responsible for the end-to-end AP function.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing, accurate coding and payment of invoices.Investigating any discrepancies to reconcile accounts.Assist with end of month, including accruals and prepayments.Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding invoice or payment enquiries.Adhoc support to the wider finance team.Candidate RequirementsCandidates need to demonstrate the following skills & experience:
At least 3 years' experience in an end-to-end Accounts Payable role.Demonstrated experience with GL reconciliations.Experience using accounting software & Microsoft Excel skills are all highly desirable.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.An appetite for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.If you're a proactive and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
