Your opportunityThe Accounts Payable Officer will sit within our Finance team and will be responsible for the daily participation of the operations that encompass Accounts Payable team.
You will have strong attention to detail as well as exceptional communication skills, as this role will see you liaising with all levels across our business.Managing Automated Invoicing process and exception queuesPartnering with internal stakeholders for on-time processing of invoicesRegular reporting on set portfolio for management reviewAnalysis of processing errorsProficient in data entryAccuracy and attention to detailWork closely with stakeholders across the business.What will set you apart from the rest?We're looking for a self-motivated, confident, and detail-orientated individual, who enjoys working in a team environment.Ability to prioritise tasks.Accounts & Reconciliation skillsKnowledge of Converga and JDE desirableStrong Excel Skills and Knowledge2+years' experience within AP environmentStrong communication skillsAbout usScentre Group owns 42 Westfield destinations across Australia and New Zealand.
