Due to the sales team producing record quarters and new business wins this established team needs assistance today for a professional AP Contractor to join the team.
You will have worked at volume levels in the past processing invoices Raising purchase orders, Costing, allocating matching and handling anomalies. Preparing accounts ready for payment, albeit emergency payments, 7-day, 30-day 60-day etc. Have superior customer service and database entry skills Reconciliation This team work extremely well together, they follow policy and procedure, yet enjoy a relaxed yet timeline driven environment – everyone pitches in.
  
You will also personally handle invoice anomalies where information has not been sufficiently supplied and rejected from the CRM, liaising with line managers at all levels.
  
The Essentials
Able to work in a tight knit team
2 years' experience in a volume driven AP environment
Strong written and verbal communication.
