About The Role Based at Silverwater, an opportunity exists for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for a permanent part-time position.
The incumbent will be working closely with a tight knit team, reporting to the Financial Controller.
This role will be primarily focused on AP.
Your main duties are: End-to-end management of Accounts Payable including setting up new suppliers, seeking invoice approvals, matching invoices to purchase orders, and generating payment files.
Prepare creditor statements reconciliations, vendor liaisons and dispute resolutions.
Prepare and process EFT transactions – Local and Overseas.
Process expense statements.
Credit Card Reconciliation and Payments.
Assist with Accounts Receivable duties as backup.
Other ad-hoc tasks as per required.
Candidates with the below traits will be highly considered: At least 3+ years experience with full function Accounts Payable role in a major ERP system (NetSuite preferred).
Possesses attention to detail.
Strong work ethic.
Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven role.
Great written and verbal communication skills along with a customer service focus.
Advanced computer skills.
Exposure or experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Payroll is advantageous.
Consideration for this role: 8.30 am to 5.00 pm - 3 days per week with flexibility.
