We are seeking a tech savvy and enthusiastic individual with demonstrated experience in a similar commercial environment, looking to bring with them prior AP experience to enhance our existing function.
DAY TO DAY, THE ROLE WILL:Support the Accounts Payable function with accurate and timely data entry of supplier invoicesPrepare the proposed payment listing for the fortnightly general suppliersCoordinate the Accounts Payable month end tasks in line with the month end timetableService all creditor inquiries and liaise with other Departments concerning payment of accounts within 24 hours to ensure excellent customer serviceReconcile supplier accounts and corporate credit cardsAssist internal finance team and suppliers with enquiries and processesTHE RIGHT FITTo be successful in the role, the right fit will possess:
A minimum of two years' experience in an Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable role in a similar commercial environmentTertiary qualifications in Finance or related disciplineKnowledge of EBMS, Great Plains or another large commercial accounting package, with proficient Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word skillsSound knowledge of GSTAbility to work independently and meet strict deadlinesExcellent organisation and attention to detail skillsIf you believe you are the right fit and possess and can demonstrate our values day to day, then come join us.
