We are looking for 2 motivated and conscientious individuals to join our business as Accounts Payable Officers in Beresfield.
We have (1) full-time permanent and (1) 6-12-month Fixed Term Contract.
The successful candidates will report to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and Manager.
Key ResponsibilitiesExperience in high volume Accounts Payable processingEnd to End Accounts Payable processSupplier statement reconciliationsAble to handle tight deadlines each monthOther ad hoc duties as requiredStrong team playerSkills & Experience2 years of accounts payable experience (foreign currency transactions an advantage but not required)Knowledge of accounting principlesProficiency in Microsoft Office ProductsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAccuracy & analytical skillsStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure in high volume periodsPlease note: Due to our strict biosecurity requirements, you must not have any birds, pigs or poultry at home and be willing to maintain our quarantine policy and procedures.
