Because of this, we are looking to fill multiple positions across a number of key departments within the business.
Key Responsibilities: Process and reconcile supplier invoices in line with company policies.Prepare and execute payments promptly, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.Maintain the accounts payable ledger, ensuring it remains up-to-date and accurate.Conduct regular account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies with suppliers.Collaborate with internal departments to verify and clarify invoice details.Monitor the accounts payable email inbox and respond promptly to queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders.Assist with month-end closing processes, including preparing accounts payable reports.Support the Finance Manager in identifying process improvements and implementing best practices within accounts payable.Ensure adherence to company values, policies, and procedures.Who are you? Proven experience in an accounts payable or similar financial role.Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Xero/MYOB.Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with compliance regulations and supplier management.Knowledge of multi-currency transactions and international payment processes.Why Eightcap?
